Payment Policy
As a small business owner my success depends on mutual respect of time. Upon booking your appointment a reservation fee will be collected to secure your appointment time. The reservation fee will go towards the payment of services. I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Cash (please have exact change).
Cancellation and Late Policy
I require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you are going to be late, or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
Due to the time and attention I put into my services, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of appointment and forfeit reservation fee. If I need to reschedule your appointment due to you being late, a rebooking fee will apply.
Pricing
My pricing is subject to change at anytime. The price you pay is determined when you book your appointment. If you need to reschedule and the price has change you will be charged the current price.
During your service
The time you have selected is time you have put aside for yourself. My job is to connect with you and provide you with everything you want during your time. So I ask that you treat yourself and turn off or put your cell phone on silent, do not bring children unless they are being serviced, and no extra guests.
